| Durand High School Ranked #24 in Wisconsin |
| According to a recent report by US News and World Report, Durand High School was ranked the 24th best high school in Wisconsin. US News and World Report evaluated more than 21,000 public high schools in 49 states and the District of Columbia. Schools were awarded gold, silver or bronze medals based on state proficiency standards and how well they prepare students for college. | WKCE Score Changes |
|
 This year, Wisconsin raised the WKCE scores needed for students to reach the basic, proficient, and advanced performance levels in reading and math. As a result, WKCE results will show a significant decline in the number of students considered to be "proficient" or "advanced." Please read Mr. Doverspike's letter below explaining the changes and their affect on our District.

| Agenda 2017 |
State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Evers has launched an ambitious plan, called Agenda 2017, to reach specific goals that prepare Wisconsin students to be college and career ready. To read more about this, the Superintendent of Durand Schools has prepared a letter addressing Agenda 2017. In addition, Tony Evers has created a video to help explain his plan.

| State Report Card |
On October 22, 2012, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) released a School Report Card for every public school in Wisconsin. The School Report Card, using multiple measures of student learning, will provide valuable guidance on how our school is doing and where it can improve. The new report cards will help all Wisconsin public schools get a better picture of how well they help children learn, advance to the next grade, and graduate ready for college and career.
