🐮🐷🚜Mrs. Person's classroom sends out a big "thank you" to Lindstrom Dairy and Amalia Draxler. Lindstrom Dairy hosted both animal science classes to complete their calf and cow health check lab. Amalia Draxler, the section 2 state FFA officer, visited the ag room where she led the class in different activities throughout the day. She also hosted the whole 8th grade class at the end of the day in a great FFA group activity! 🐮🐷🚜 #DASD

Congratulations to November's PBIS Winners! 2 students from each grade level were selected by their teachers as the Star Students of the Month for showing exceptional positive behavior at school. Mrs. Brenner's 3rd graders earned the Art Class of the Month award Mrs. Anibas's kindergarteners earned the title of Phy Ed Class of the Month Mrs. Hestekin's 2nd graders won Music Class of the Month Mrs. Brusoe's 5th graders earned the Library Class of the Month award Mrs. Langreck's kindergarteners were named Guidance Class of the Month Keep up the great work, Caddie Kids! #DASD

Mrs. Erickson's class had a fun day being doctors as they wrapped up their unit on the Human Body Systems. Thank you to Nurse Pam for the gowns and gloves and Amy Weber (Oakleaf) for the caps! They also made a Friendsgiving Chex-Mix together andthe teachers dressed up in their skeleton outfits too! Ms. Anderson's (Unser) students played the Operation game and made drawings of their body systems!

🦃 Mrs. Winter's 1st graders teamed up with Mrs.Brenner's 3rd graders and had our very own Macy's Thanksgiving Parade. They did a great job putting together their balloon floats and loved showing them off to staff and students! 🎈 #DASD

Thank you Oakleaf Clinics and April Winberg for the amazing donation. They donated masks, gloves, and gowns so the 1st graders could be doctors for a day. They celebrated the end of their Human Body unit by participating in stations. They made a nutritious snack, played Operation, put together a skeleton, and played Germ Memory! 👩🏼‍⚕️👨🏽‍⚕️
