We are incredibly proud of our students and staff and are thankful for the support from our families and community. 🏦The second graders welcomed Cathy and Cassidy from Security Financial Bank to their classrooms on National Teach Kids to Save Day! Each classroom listened to the book "Rock, Brock, and the Savings Shock" and each student went home with two brand new shiny collectable state quarters to add to their savings! 🩶

✖️➕➗ On Friday, April 25th, five 5th graders traveled to St. Croix Central Middle School to participate in a Math Masters competition. The students took a five minute fact drill, three individual tests, a tiebreaker, and three group tests.
Out of 17 teams, the Caddie Woodlawn Mathematicians placed 6th overall. Tobias Pelletier also placed 7th out of 80 students. ➗➕✖️

Last Wednesday, the High School Symphonic Band had the opportunity to play for the entire elementary school! Afterwards, the 5th grade students were able to meet with the high schoolers, ask questions about their instruments, and try out any instruments they were interested in playing next year! Thank you to Mr. Semingson, Ms. Witucki, and the entire 5th grade teaching staff for helping organize this event and letting the 5th grade students try out instruments. #DASD
