Mrs. Schade's class hosted their first senior cooking showcase of the year with this month's theme being "Italian". Miss Hailey had to select her recipe, shop for her groceries, cook her meal, and serve it to her classmates all while practicing independence, clean hygiene, and professionalism. A great test of her functional life skills!
