The High School Forensics team had their first tournament this past Saturday at the 48th UW-Eau Claire Invitational Speech Tournament, coming away with a first place win for Owen Gilles, two second place wins for Willow Weiss and Owen Gilles and Gabby Schnieder, and a third place win for Gabby Schnieder. Congratulations! The rest of the team did amazing and your coaches know you will continue to grow and get better as the season continues.

Kindergarten classes finished their Unit on Native Americans by playing games that helped build agility, speed and strength in the gym. The students learned about some of the first tribes to settle in the United States. They also learned how these people found food and shelter long ago. It was very exciting to see a real buffalo hide, thank you to Ms. Bridget for sharing! 🦬#DASD

Mrs. Langreck and Mrs. Berger's class want to give a big thank you to Mrs. Hermann for coming into our buddy time and sharing her snowman book and activity with us. The two classes got to create a snowman using napkins and then were read a special snowman book by Mrs. Hermann. A perfect snowy day to create a snowman!☃️
🐝🌼Mrs. Campbell's 2nd graders are "buzzing" with excitement over life cycles of plants! They experimented to find out how bees and other pollinators are able to transfer pollen from flower to flower in order to help them develop new seeds. Then they took a look inside of some different seeds to see how the life cycle begins all over again! 🌼🐝
